1.Must have knowledge of web based testing
2.Experience in database testing
3.Knowledge of testing methodologies and processes
4.Expertise in reviewing the requirements, preparing test plan, preparing and executing test cases, reporting defects, preparing documents with good explanation of the functionality,
5.Good written and oral communication skills
6.Should be hard working and self driven professional
