Nextgen Clearing is an independent clearing house founded by a highly experienced team drawn from the mobile roaming and financial services industries. The company's launch has been keenly supported by the mobile operator community.

The clearing system which we have developed has been built in close consultation with roaming and finance management teams from the operator community and sets new standards in roaming settlement. The Nextgen service has been designed to fill the ever-increasing gap between the technicalities of roaming, and financial reporting.

Job Description:

* Minimum any diploma, B.Tech, B. E, BSC.
* Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting and SQL queries preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
* 1 -2 years of experience in any IT/software company

* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
* Must be proactive and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, end users, and with external vendors. 
* Excellent customer-service skills required.
* Ability to document issues into technical requirement for the developers for a quick resolution
* Good troubleshooting skills to provide accurate description of the issues to the developers

*Telecom domain knowledge preferred
Salary: As Per Company Standard
Location: Mumbai (Powai)
